Every single day we are faced with hundreds of decisions concerning our health, these decisions affect our health for better or worse. One of the most important decision is a healthy (nutritional) diet and another vital component is “Regular Exercise”.

Exercise makes your heart heathier and stronger. It also helps in boosting your energy, reduce the risk of heart disease naturally, increase strength and flexibility, improve memory, increase self-confidence, become less vulnerable to diseases, boosts happiness levels, sleep better, keep lethargy at bay. All of these help you perform better at work and also “Live Longer”.

Gymnasium:

The Thane Club – Gym is a state-of-the-art facility offering 4,500 square feet of exercise space. The flooring is a unique wooden composite, great for softening the impact of high-intensity exercise. Light, airy, simple and sleek, our fully air-conditioned Gym is equipped with top range of equipment’s from Precor USA – The Discovery Series (treadmills, exercise bikes, squat machines, leg press and extensions elliptical machines etc.) and free weights from some of the world's leading manufacturers.

A good workout comes with a great view, ours is overlooking our larger than life swimming pool reflecting the cool blue sky in the day and the lovely moonlight at night. Packed with an array of exercise options - Strength training, weight bearing exercises, spinning, yoga, Zumba and personal training, to name just a few.

Our Trainers and Staff:

A Personal Trainer designs an individual exercise program and a Qualified Trainer has the experience and understands principles of it. We have a team of the best fitness trainers, who, with their expertise and motivational skills help you achieve your individual potential.

Our personal trainers are equipped and have complete knowledge to design a program that is beneficial to you. You can hire a personal trainer at additional cost for undivided attention and workout at a time convenient to you.

We have the best in class dietitians and nutritionists available on request/ weekly/ bi-weekly, to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle by providing individual diet programs and advise on healthy eating.

Steam Room:

Steam helps soothes mind & body to relieve stress & relax muscles, it increases body metabolism, detoxifies and hydrates the skin, eliminate toxins, alleviate pain due to sportsinjury and can also ease the symptoms of cold and cough.

Unwind after a hard workout session with a steam session, as we are equipped with one for female and two for male members of the club.

Our in-house housekeeping staff is available at all times in and around the steam room.

Rules and regulations:

  • Food and beverages are PROHIBITED.
  • Carry your personal water bottle and napkin.
  • Clean and proper closed-toe athletic footwear to be worn.
  • Return the gym properties at the gym reception.
  • Return weights after use to its original place (rack).
  • Use equipment’s properly and follow directions or ask trainers and staff.
  • To prevent accidents please ask gym trainers to help in lifting heavy weights.
  • Members are requested to sanitize equipment after use.
  • Report any damage, losses or injuries to the gym staff and trainers.
  • DO NOT USE an equipment if damaged or malfunctioning. Inform the staff immediately.
  • Any person found damaging gym properties will be liable for the damage and will be held responsible financially.
  • Steam room to be used under supervision.
  • Please be courteous and respectful to fellow members.
  • Do not linger around gossiping and disturbing other club members.
  • Use of foul language is PROHIBITED.
  • Children under 16 years of age are not allowed in the gym.
  • Children between 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Lock all your valuables in the assigned lockers in the changing room to avoid loss and theft of personal items. The club management is not responsible for the lost and stolen items.

Cleaning:

Our members spend time at our facility to get healthy.  A clean premise can differentiate our business and keep members coming back.  With many members visiting the gym and touching the same surfaces throughout the day, our gym needs attention and professional cleaning service.

We hire the best in industry cleaners who use the best disinfectants and professional clean our gym facility consistently. This helps reduce the spread of colds, flu and other infectious germs. Also, helps control fungus and mold in showers, locker rooms, restrooms.

Maintenance and Safety:

We have scheduled maintenance and cleaning service support bi-weekly/monthly for prolonged equipment life, ensuring uninterrupted operations and the safety of our beloved members.

Timing:

The gymnasium is open exclusively for “The Thane Club” members from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
